This is the only workout routine you'll ever need. Epitomizing simplicity, it's just four drills a day for six days a week. Use the rest day to remind yourself not to be afraid of your own greatness. Add more intricate jump roping techniques as you improve, shoot a diverse array of jump shots, utilize 2-ball dribbling drills to enhance your skills even more, and perform the push-ups as efficiently as possible. As you get older, increase the load by doubling each component when you reach high school, tripling them in college, and quadrupling them upon entering the professional ranks. Enlist the help of someone to hold you accountable, encouraging them to never let you stop, recognizing that we all require some help on our way to the top. The sooner you get started, the greater the reward.
